On January 18, 2016, a ceremonial signing sealed the partnership between MPower and Swedish Match-Philippines, Inc., one of the world’s largest manufacturer of lighters, under the brand name “Cricket”.
Swedish Match contracted MPower to supply the energy requirement of their plant in Laguna Technopark. The company switched to MPower to experience better account management and after-sales service.
Managing Director Leonardo G. Obias and Factory General Manager Felipe R. Ramoso signed the Retail Electricity Supply Agreement in behalf of Swedish Match. SVP & Head Roberto R. Almazora and AVP & Retail Sales Head Emmanuel V. De Ramos represented MPower in this event.
