MPower forum sheds light on electric bill
Efforts at helping customers understand Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA), since it began commercial operations on June 26, 2013, have been on full swing and MPower is at the forefront with its first customer forum for 2014 held recently.
Customers who signed up with MPower under RCOA in Sept. 2013 to Mar. 2014 got a boost with the know-how in better understanding the billing structure and processes along with the payments system and other options.
Attending the forum were 36 accounts from various industries making up a total aggregated load of 80 megawatts. Participants included facilities engineers and finance managers.
