On November 8, 2017, ROHM Electronics Philippines Inc. (ROHM) renewed its electricity supply partnership with MPower; symbolized by a ceremonial signing that took place at Meralco’s Executive Board Room, Lopez Building, Meralco Center, Pasig City.
Established in Kyoto in 1958, ROHM is a manufacturer of small electronic components, specifically integrated circuits, microchip resistors, transistors and semiconductors. Over the years, the company expanded its range of products, and including its reach, and established presence in the Philippines, in Carmona, Cavite. MPower served as ROHM’s retail electricity supplier since the start of open access in the country in 2013.
SAVP & Retail Sales Head Emmanuel De Ramos and SVP & Head Roberto R. Almazora represented MPower in the ceremonial signing event; while President Takahiro Tanaka and Director Edgar De Jesus signed the Retail Electricity Supply Agreement in behalf of ROHM Electronics Philippines Inc.
